About the Role

Join one of Asia’s most advanced innovation ecosystems. Our client, a global tech consultancy with its flagship office at Marina Bay, Singapore, is actively seeking a Supervisor Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead cross-functional AI teams and drive transformative impact for Fortune 500 tech clients, unicorn startups, and government innovation programs.

This is not your typical AI leadership role. You will build, mentor, and scale elite AI squads working on high-impact, real-world problems — from predictive healthcare and autonomous logistics to next-gen NLP platforms and AI-driven cybersecurity models. You are at the core of innovation, shaping AI deployment across sectors like fintech, healthtech, edtech, and smart city infrastructure.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise multi-disciplinary AI teams (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Prompt Engineers, AI Product Owners)

• Partner with CXOs of major tech enterprises to co-design and implement AI roadmaps

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions – from architecture and modeling to ethical governance and deployment

• Translate complex AI concepts into tangible business value for clients across SEA, EMEA, and North America

• Drive cross-border AI initiatives through our Singapore Innovation Hub, collaborating with tech leaders across APAC

• Evaluate and implement advanced AI frameworks including LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), Reinforcement Learning, Federated Learning, and Real-Time Computer Vision

• Establish best practices for responsible and explainable AI, ensuring alignment with APAC and EU compliance standards

• Mentor rising AI talents and foster a culture of continuous learning and AI-first thinking

🧩 Who You Are

• A strategic AI leader with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML leadership roles

• Proven ability to scale production-grade AI systems across cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Hands-on expertise with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain

• Strong grasp of LLMs, transformer models, MLOps, and AI security protocols

• Exceptional communication skills — able to speak both the language of tech and business

• Experience in client-facing environments and stakeholder engagement at C-Level

• Prior exposure to APAC or global markets is a strong plus
