Who we are

Founded in 2019 by Paul Emmler, Salasungo is a recruitment service provider based in Munich and Dublin. We aim to ensure the recruitment process meets the needs of both companies and candidates, thereby ensuring optimal, tailor-made outcomes. Across the German-speaking region, the UK and parts of South East Asia (e.g. Singapore), we help companies in niche markets find the talent they need.

How we work

Our role is to introduce outstanding talent to great employers. And because we specialise in just four niche markets, we can offer an extensive network and candidate pool. For each recruitment brief, you will be assigned a specialist consultant with a thorough understanding of what the role requires and in-depth awareness of the latest developments in the sector.

With our extensive experience of 360-degree recruitment, we can either support you through the entire recruitment process or simply carry it out ourselves on your behalf. In order to ensure optimal fit, we assess not only candidates' skills and experience, but their personal qualities and goals. Bearing all this in mind, working with us would proceed along the following lines.

SITUATION ANALYSIS & CLIENT NEED - assessment of your corporate culture, your qualitative and quantitative HR requirements and your ideal candidate profile.

SEARCH STRATEGY & TALENT SEARCH - we use the latest talent sourcing methods and can always rely on the Salasungo talent pool and network.

PROGRESS REPORT - at your request, we can issue you with regular updates on the progress of our candidate search.

PRE-SCREENING & SHORTLIST - selection and presentation of shortlisted candidates.

INTERVIEW WITH CLIENTS - interview coordination and assistance with contractual and salary negotiations.

PLACEMENT & ONBOARDING - we provide candidates and clients with support both during and after the onboarding process.

Located in the Arnulfpark, Munich's top location for national and international IT brands, Salasungo is in close proximity to companies such as Cancom, Google, Citrix and Ernst & Young, not to mention all the start-ups that rent and share office space here and make up a lively professional community.
