About the Role
As Head of Computational Drug Discovery, you will lead a multidisciplinary team at the cutting edge of pharmaceutical innovation. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of computational biologists, data scientists, and chemists in the design and execution of innovative drug discovery projects.

Collaborate closely with laboratory and clinical teams to translate in silico findings into real-world therapies.
Drive partnerships with leading academic institutions, global pharma companies, and regulatory agencies.
Represent the company at international conferences and contribute to the scientific community through publications and thought leadership.

Your Profile
PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in drug discovery or computational life sciences, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in molecular modeling, machine learning, and big data analytics.
Proven ability to deliver results in cross-functional, international teams.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for driving scientific innovation.
